Are you licensed and insured?
The Collins Movers is licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. License information can be provided upon request.
If I`m planning on moving, how far in advance should I call Collins Movers?
The sooner, the better. We accommodate all our customer's schedules as best we can. To ensure you get the date(s) you want, call as soon as you know when you’ll be moving.
When are you available?
We are available to assist your move 24/7
Will you move pianos?
Yes! We move most upright pianos, but not baby grand or grand pianos. Talk with your Collins Movers representative ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
Will you connect/disconnect my appliances?
Yes! We ask you to sign a release of liability prior to hooking them up.
Do you move unique or very large items?
Yes! We move almost all items. Be sure to let your Movers representative know ahead of time in case it requires a third mover or special equipment.
Will you load/unload my truck, pods, etc.?
Yes! We will gladly load or unload you truck or pods.
Are there any hidden charges?
NO! We are very forward and upfront about our prices. We do NOT have any hidden charges or fees, just the hourly rate and the travel charge that never changes.
